Green light to takeover of Brambles European Rail Division by VTG Lehnkering AG and Warburg & Co KgaA

Brussels, 21/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved a merger giving Germany company VTG Lehnkering AG (shipping, container transport and rail logistics) and the commercial bank M. M. Warburg & Co KgaA joint control of Brambles European Rail Division, a European rail logistics business of the Australian Brambles group.
