Loans for extending German Boehringer Ingelheim bio-technical complex in Biberach

Brussels, 19/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the German pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim have signed a contract to the tune of EUR 62.5 million. This funding will be used to finance the construction of a bio-pharmaceutical products factory at Biberach/Riss (Baden-Württenburg), with the goal of doubling the industrial capacity of the Boehringer Ingelheim company.
