ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

France's specialist chemicals group RHODIA is planing to sell its 50% stake in LATEXIA by the summer. LATEXIA specialises in latex for paper. It will be selling the company to its Finnish partner RAISIO CHEMICALS. LATEXIA is the world's second largest company in this field with a turnover of EUR 200 million and 200 members of staff. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
