Geneva, 19/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - CFSP High Representative Javier Solana gave an address at the 58th session of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, on 19 March, on behalf of the EU. On this occasion, he also had talks with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Ruud Lubbers, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson, and the President of the International Red Cross Committee, Jakob Kellenberger.
