19/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is to allocate EUR 2.5 million in humanitarian aid to the populations that are victims of drought in Kenya. These funds are mainly intended for an aid programme to help some 70,000 stock farmers in the north and north-east of the country.
