11/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The presidents of the Catholic Episcopal Conferences of South East Europe are to meet on 12 and 13 March in Celje, in Slovenia, to discuss the prospects of intercultural dialogue and the impact that European unification will have on their region, states a press release from COMECE (Commission of the Bishops' Conference of the European Community). Those taking the floor during the second meeting of this kind, on the theme 'the Catholic Church's contribution to reconciliation and stabilisation of South East Europe", will include the President of the Slovenian Republic, Milan Kucan, and Mgr Franc Rode, Archbishop of Ljublana and President of the Slovenian Episcopal Conference.
