Brussels, 27/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - At a proposal from Michaele Schreyer, the European Commission adopted, on Wednesday, a preliminary draft amending budget (PDAB) for recalculating the receipts of the Budget 2002, in order to take two elements into account.
