Commission's Final decisions

Brussels, 27/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has adopted the following decisions regarding state aid:

  • Opening a formal examination procedure between Belgian co-ordination centres and the Trieste financial and insurance service centre: this decision was taken following Belgium and Italy's refusal to amend the said systems, requested by the Commission in July, within a much larger scope of action;

  • Green light for Northern Ireland Electricity: measures supporting the company...
