Brussels, 26/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - By unanimously adopting the Marielle De Sarnez Report (France, EPP-ED) on the Commission's communication on strengthening co-operation with third countries regarding higher education, the EP's Committee on Culture and Education considers that the EU has to "offer high-level education, so as to be more competitive on the international training market".
