26/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council adopted an amendment to Regulation 1683/95 on a uniform model of visa, as well as a regulation on a uniform model of sheet of paper that may serve as backdrop for a visa issued by Member states to people holding a travel document not recognised by the Member State that establishes the sheet of paper.
