Broad agreement on mandate for negotiations with United States - Visiting rights and harmonising sentencing - Controversy over arrest warrant

Santiago de Compostela, 15/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The acting President of the Council Angel Acebes said that they had managed to meet all the meeting's objectives, as he left the informal Justice and Home Affairs Council in Santiago de Compostela.
