Brussels, 12/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 13 February President Prodi is expected to present the Commission Action Plan on Mobility Competencies to the press. The action plan has been adopted by the College of Commissioners and is based on the initiative of Commissioners Anna Diamantopoulou (Social Affairs) and Viviane Reding (Education), in agreement with Fritz Bolkestein (Internal Market, see EUROPE 9 February page 10 and February 11/12 page 14).
