GENERAL NEWS / (eu) eu/agencies/spanish presidency

04/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - "We do not wish to have a repeat of what happened in Laeken as regards the EU Agencies", said Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Piqué, on Thursday in Madrid. He gave his assurance that the Presidency does not plan to tackle the question during a forthcoming summit unless a solution is in sight.
