The Netherlands' KPN TELECOM has announced it will be taking full control of Germany's third largest mobile phone operator E-PLUS, in which it previously held a 77.49% stake. Under the terms of the agreement signed with US company BELL SOUTH, the latter will sell its 22.51% stake in E-PLUS for 9.2% of KPN's shares and EUR 484 million in cash.
