Bagdad wants to send delegation to Madrid

Baghdad, 04/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - Reuters has indicated that reports from the Iraqi news agency, INA, suggest that a Council of Ministers presided by Saddam Hussein has approved the Minister of Foreign Affairs' proposal to send a delegation to Madrid to start discussions with the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
