Brussels, 14/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 15-16 April in Segovia, the Spanish Presidency will be organising a conference on the consequences of enlargement for local and regional bodies. According to a provisional agenda, the conference will focus on the next round of reforms of the EU institutions within the perspective of enlargement, the regionalisation process in Europe and the role of the Committee of the Regions in an enlarged Europe.
