14/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU Troika consisting of President of the Council, Josep Piqué, Danish Secretary of State, Karsten Sondergaard, CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana and Commissioner for External relations, Chris Patten met the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anatoly Zlenko last week in Madrid.
