14/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Union is becoming impatient with the failure of the Kosovo Assembly to elect a President for their region. CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana declared, "I am disappointed that the Assembly failed again to elect the new President of Kosovo. The people of Kosovo, as well as the international community, have been waiting for this election for a long time now.
