Brussels, 27/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to adopt a negative decision vis-à-vis three tax aid schemes in the Basque provinces of Alava, Guipuzcoa and Viscaya in Spain. The schemes gave tax holidays for startups created before 31 December 1994 by exempting them from corporation tax for ten years.
