27/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission is granting humanitarian aid of 1.89 million euro to North Korea for actions relating to health throughout the country, especially affected by an increase in child mortality. The aid, distributed by the Danish Red Cross and the French NGO Premiere Urgence, will in particular serve to distribute medical kits to over 1,700 institutions.
