Brussels, 27/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to refer its dispute with Spain to the Court of Justice on the issue of rebalancing telephone tariffs.
The rebalancing of telephone tariffs, particularly the subscription tariff, will not be completed until the first half of 2003 in the best-case scenario.
