Commission authorises joint venture between Saab and WM-Data

Brussels, 10/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the creation of a Swedish joint undertaking between the aerospace company Saab AB and WM-Dara AB. The new venture will be called Saab Caran Engineering and will provide technical consulting services for the aerospace and automotive industries, mainly operating in Sweden.
