Brussels, 28/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Next week, the European Commission is to propose extending until March 2002 the system that authorises Member States to cover war or terrorist risks in insurance for their airline companies, it was confirmed on Wednesday by the spokesperson for Transport Commissioner Loyola de Palacio.
