THE DAY IN POLITICS / (eu) charter of fundamental rights

28/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - On 29 November at the Auditorium of the Facultés universitaire Saint Louis in Brussels, ECAS (European Citizen Action Service) will be organising a public debate on the Charter of Fundamental Rights. British Liberal democrat, Andrew Duff and the European Mediator, Jacob Söderman, will both be taking part in the debate.
