Brussels, 19/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - After Friday's JHA Council, which obtained mitigated results, Belgian Justice Minister Marc Verwilghen said he was confident that a political agreement would be reached at the Council on 6 and 7 December on the European arrest warrant and on incrimination of terrorism, as requested by the Ghent Summit.
