19/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Trade Commissioner, Pascal Lamy, will be attending the second EU/India Summit on 23 November in New Delhi, preceded by a Business Summit between the two sides on 22 November. The timing is perfect in that India and the EU both took a leading role at the recent WTO Summit, where India won tangible benefits in trade and development, TRIPs and public health.
