Mons, 11/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The kick-off for the ministerial seminar in Mons on the audiovisual sector was given, on 5 October, by Elio di Rupo, burgomaster of the town, under the chairmanship of Hervé Hasquin, Minister-President of the French Community and Walloon government. Entitled "a new approach to audiovisual development", the seminar brought together, with Commissioner Viviane Reding, 15 delegations of the EU including 12 headed by a Minister, 8 delegations of candidate...
