04/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On behalf of the European Community, the Council has approved the international agreement on coffee for 2001. It has also adopted a decision relating to the Community's stance within the International Cocoa Organisation. The Community will vote in favour of the extension, for a maximum two-year period, of the 1993 agreement on cocoa.
