Brussels, 04/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission approved a 23.2 million euro programme for the return of refugees and displaced person in Croatia. These funds take the Community's contribution to process of returning the refugees to their homes to over 80 million euro and is, moreover, the first part of a 60 million euro package for carrying the process through in 2001.
