ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The French group CMNE - CREDIT MUTUEL NORD EUROPE has launched a hostile takeover bid of the co-operative bank BANQUE DU BRABANT at the price of 100 Euros per nominal share of 100 FB. The bank has therefore been valued at around BF 685.8 million.
