Mattila affair or how third States procure Union documents

Luxembourg, 25/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The fifth chamber of the Court of First Instance (CFI), presided over by Sweden's Pernilla Lindh, rejected the appeal by a senior official of the Finnish Foreign Ministry, since then dismissed for an affair of espionage with the Russians.
