British COMPASS (collective and commercial catering contracts) has acquired VENDEPAC (turnover EUR 94.5 million in 2000 with over 28,000 distributors), the leader for automatic beverage and snack distributors in the United Kingdom, from TM GROUP HOLDING for the sum of £84 million.
