Solana says EU is in favour of sending US observers if they are accepted by both parties

Brussels, 24/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Union is not opposed to sending American observers to monitor application of the truce between Israelis and Palestinians, said CFSP High Representative Javier Solana, during his visit to the Middle East.
