ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) engineering

SAIPEM (Italian energy group ENEL) has acquired control of MOSS MARITIME AS (Norway) and PETROMARINE (United States), two engineering firms specialised in offshore oil extraction. The group invested $65 million in total for these operations, $55 million for MOSS MARITIME and $10 million for PETROMARINE.
