Commission opens investigation into Sky TV

Brussels, 24/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission is presently examining the contracts concluded by the British television channel Sky TV with the thematic channels Disney Channel and Discovery Channel, following a complaint filed by a competitors according to which the contracts in questions infringe the European competition rules.
