The Belgian insurance group P&V and the Dutch banking body DELTA LLOYD have reached an agreement concerning the merger between the Belgian activities of DELTA LLOYD and the NAGELMACKERS bank. The new group will now have a network composed of some 106 offices and 280 agents.
