The German energy group ENBW, held at 34.5% by EDF, has announced the acquisition of 29.9% of STADTWERKE DÜSSELDORF, the historic operator of the commune of North Rhineland in Germany. With 500,000 clients and an annual turnover of over EUR 700 million, STADTWERKE DÜSSELDORF is one of the largest local German operators.
