ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewing

Danish brewery CARLSBERG BREWERIES has bought a further 30% in the Polish brewery OKOCIM of which it already held 50.01%, thus bringing its stake to 80.3%. CARLSBERG had launched a purchase bid on 17 May, in compliance with the rules in force, for 49.99% of the remaining OKOCIM shares after having gone over the 50% stake in the Polish company's share capital.
