Through its holding company EC PARTICIPATIONS, the MACSOFT company (turnover EUR 12.1 million) associated in the EPS PARTNER venture capital company has taken over control of LATOUR SA (annual turnover EUR 30.5 million). Both companies are specialised in the manufacture of machine tooling for folding threads and for fashioning metal tubes.
