Brussels, 22/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The report on "The State of the European Union" by the ISAE (Institute for Studies and Economic Analyses) in Rome, will be launched on 27 June in Brussels, at the CEPS ((Centre for European Policy Studies). European Commission President Romano Prodi will attend, taking part in the debate.
