ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) water

ONDEO, subsidiary regrouping the activities in the water sector of the SUEZ group, took complete control of NEEC - NALCO/EXXON ENERGY CHEMICAL (annual turnover of USD 500 million with 1,800 employees in 80 countries and 1,300 clients), is joint venture with the American oil company EXXONMOBIL by acquiring the 40% it did not hold. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
