The Italian postal service and its French counterpart have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of rapid delivery, alliance weighing some 30 million euro. The two partners will set up a joint company under Italian law in which SDA, the Italian postal service's subsidiary specialized in express parcels, will hold a 51% stake, and GEOPOST, parcels and logistics holding company of France's LA POSTE, 49%.
