ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) glass

The German group GERRESHEIMER GLAS (annual turnover of close to DM 1.2 bn with 6000 employees) has increased its stake in the Belgian firm NOUVELLES VERRERRIES DE MOMIGNIES (turnover of close to 55 million euro in 2000), one of the largest international providers of glass packaging on the perfume and cosmetics market, from 60% to 90%.
