Brussels, 27/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of sole control over the German petrochemicals company Erdolchemie GmbH by Deutsche BP AG, German subsidiary of the British giant BP Amoco (oil exploration, refining and petrochemicals).
