ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) packaging

The French cardboard and printing group AUTAJON is to acquire a large stake in the capital of the German group LANDERER (annual turnover around EUR 36.58 million with some 300 employed), specialised in flexible cases for cosmetics, perfume and confectionery. The move will allow the creation of a leading entity in the luxury packaging line, with a combined turnover of FF 770 million and about one thousand employed.
