The Spanish government could decide to limit, to 3 %, the voting rights of EnBW, 34.5% subsidiary of the French State group EDF, in the Spanish HIDROCANTABRICO, in which it holds 60% of the capital. This would be in retaliation against the slow pace of energy market privatisation in France and Europe.
