Brussels, 04/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the planned acquisition of the shares in the Swedish company Atle AB by Woodrose Invest AB, controlled by the Swedish company Ratos AB and 3i Group Plc, another venture capital company. The Commission only found one market affected by the operation, namely that of the wholesale market for plumbing and health and heating installations in Sweden and Norway, but this minor overlap does not affect competition.
