04/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The French Socialist delegation within the ESP group in the European Parliament selected Catherine Lalumiere for the position of Vice-President to the Parliament. Thus she will succeed Marie-Noelle Lienemann who joins the French government as Secretary of State for Housing.
