Brussels, 04/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Troika, composed of European Environment Commissioner Margot Wallström, Swedish Environment Minister Kjell Larsson and Marc Pallemaerts, from the Secretariat of the Belgian State for Energy and Sustainable Development, went as planned to take the Union's message to Washington.
