16/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Council decided to extend for 2001 the "Grotius-civil law" programme intended to promote exchanges between civil law practitioners from EU countries (except the United Kingdom, Ireland and Denmark, which do not participate in the programme).
